Love Dr. Freeman but it’s impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Had to wait 2 months then when I arrived at my appointment it was cancelled due to the doctor not being in. The receptionist was less than accommodating, rude, and argumentative about her attempt to call the day before. She offered an appointment another 2 months later. Another lady in the office stepped in and I was offered an appointment In 1 month. I would not recommend this office for those reasons. My boys have been a patient here for years and it’s been a less than pleasant experience each time. Very unreliable and inaccessible. Front office staff need to be replaced. Will be looking for another doctor.

I’ve been with this practice for about 20 years give or take and the front desk staff has always been VERY RUDE !! Dr. Freeman and at that time Tia King were amazing ! Melinda is very condescending and this new girl Nichelle is beyond RUDE and abrupt! Emily is great and the new NP as well . But the staff in my opinion is horrible ! The only reason I’ve stayed so long is because of the providers . I’ve complained several times and nothing has changed . I hope this review helps 💕

I have been coming to Dr.Freeman since May 2013 and love the great quality of care I receive! 10/10 From the receptionist to the dr. Will never go anywhere else!

I love Dr. Freeman. I've been taking my 5 children there since 2000. Now my grandson is a patient. The Smith kids love him!
