I will always love this clinic. Scheduling can be tight as with all of UVA. The people here are so nice and I have only had good experiences here. Mary Sullivan and her team are some of the most caring, empathetic providers I know. I've been going here for years and only been met with the best care.

If I could give a negative number I would. I called to get an appointment. First the lady acted like the didn’t do counseling. She said you have to be an established patient. So I asked her well exactly how do you do that. She told me to call and make an appointment and then the doctors would determine if you see the counselor.You can’t see the counselor because there is a waiting list. She tried to pawn me on on child and family psychology. And this person is the receptionist at teen care center. Absolutely ridiculous response to me I had already called child and family psychology no answer. no response from them It’s been 24 hours and not s word. I know the response from some people will be go to the ER. But who wants to sit in the waiting room for 10-15 hours on those hard uncomfort

Wonderful staff and facility, I felt at home and taken care of, I came in with stress and anixty and left with a felling of pride and intense happiness I'll recomed this facility/clinic to any one seeking to start Hormone replacenent therapy in the state a vrigina.

First and foremost it's my hometown people have always treated each as though you were in Mayberry town just down to earth heart warming folks love that looking at these photos makes me home sick

The doctors here are so kind and care about every aspect of the lives of their patients.
