I been training with Team Toro for many years. It is not the same using a regular coach than body builders with a proven récord of training and long experience. I learned a lot about body building, training, healt habits with Team Toro. Also experience a real massage probably the best I ever had so 100% recommended if you are looking for the best training in town.

Jorge provides the most professional and accommodating massages I've had. The last one was my first time doing a massage for relaxation instead of sports stretching, and I was impressed by Jorge's versatility and adaptability to my needs. Especially being careful around previous injuries. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Team Toro since 2020, best decision I’ve made thus far. Jorge is very talented and knowledgeable with training/ nutrition. His gym is clean and it has everything you need to ensure you have a great workout. He’s also a massage therapist; really good to have a massage done after a training session. Jorge is a wonderful trainer. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and kind and for someone like me who has never really lifted weights before, it’s been a fun and challenging experience! Jorge encourages and pushes me to do more than I think I can, but I always feel safe and supported. The stretches at the end of each session help ensure that I’m not in any discomfort after our workouts and I always leave feeling energized and better than I did before! I’ve only been going for a few months but I’m staring to see and feel the difference already. He’s also helped me figure out what I can do on my own. I’m excited to continue training with him and would recommend to people at all levels.

I get diet, training, and massage with Jorge. He not only trains but teaches which has helped me grow confident working out at the gym by myself and meal prepping my own food. The atmosphere of his massage room is very calming and I always feel insanely relaxed for the next few days after getting a massage with him. Definitely worth every penny spent!
