I have been working with Root for 25 years and would rate their work over that time very highly. However, after making a recent simple request for account information my office was treated with distain and rudeness rather than with the respect and dignity that we have earned as a long standing customer. In response we have terminated the relationship and when the management was informed they tendered no apology but rather were dismissive and short.

Been using them for removable for years and couldn't be happier. With Root, I know that I am delivering a high quality product. Their model work is impeccable and they call if there's an issue. 5 stars!
