So so kind, friendly, warm, trustworthy!! Omg I have never been to a optometrist and left so happy and in good spirits!! I'm so glad I came to Teagle optometry!! I swear from the moment we came in the eye doctor Teagle himself greeted us and helped us verify my insurance was okay to use here. I felt so welcomed immediately and for the doctor to greet us and verify my insurance was very humble and a green flag for this location immediately! Trisha was a ray of sunshine like I literally want to be her friend lol she was so sweet and went above and beyond to help me find glasses, set my appointment, do everything!! I'm so glad that they help people who have insurance and make sure you get the best deal and glasses you'll absolutely love!! I am so excited to get my new prescription glasses and

Finding a place that treats you like family is truly a treasure. I love coming here! They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and your questions are addressed. Catherine at the desk was so accommodating and amiable. She really helped me hone in on some very stylish glasses. And Dr. Teagle is so genuine and knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next visit.

I happened to be walking past so I thought I'd inquire about getting some lenses for my frames. I didn't have my prescription on me so I was immediately dismissed. If they would have presented options and costs for getting the lenses, creating an updated prescription, etc they'd have gotten my business. Instead they gave attitude and the business went to Lens Crafters in the same mall. 🤷‍♂️ Thank you, Steve at Lens Crafters for being accommodating! Would recommend him over Teagle anytime.

I have not had a new pair of glasses in 7 years. I called around and Teagle Optometry were the nicest and most accommodating to get an eye exam. They were able to put me into their schedule within 4 days. I showed up in the Glendale Galleria and was pleasantly greeted by the crew in the front desk. Friendly and answered all questions. I filled out paperwork and was in the back room with test within 10 minutes. Great job! Teagle Optometry has been in Glendale for 33 years. It has lasted through the downcycle on the early 2000’s and the Covid era. I can see why. They really treat their customers very well and make sure that you leave happy. Mrs. Lee was the optometrist. Besides being in the mall (blarf) this place is nice, clean, the optometrist was nice and the guy at the front desk was funny. They take walk-ins for lens changes (but they send them away, which takes a week turnaround). They do tightening/ adjusting (in-house) except Weds & Friday, tech not there those days, but is "for sure" on Sunday and Monday, apparently. They can put new lenses in for your old frames too. They take Medi-Cal L.A. Care. :)
