Very modern, up to date facility. Seen immediately, multiple tests run and evaluated. Scripts written. Everyone professional and friendly.

If I could give a zero star I would. I'm currently laying on a bed hooked up to machines with no call light. It's been 25 minutes since they told me I'd get fluids and water. I've got chilled and no blanket cause she moved my layers. In triage I told them I couldn't catch my breath with the thermometer in my mouth and instead helping told me I'm fine cause blood oxygen was and I needed to sit still, only to hold it there for minutes making me suffer before realizing it didn't work. I asked for tissues they threw paper towels at me. I went to stand up to go to the room and nearly stumbled and the nurse made no attempt to step towards me and completely wakes away and yelled from the room where I needed to go. Blew my vein and I'm still sitting here alone, dehydrated, no call light, no abili

Should be zero. Tried to discharge me with police force after 4 hour wait with blood pressure in crisis levels. Just went to Springfield and got help. Prolly going to be suing. Do not waste your time here, go to Springfield or you might die.

Absolutely Awful! I went in on a Saturday for severe back pain, they gave me medication that wasn't nearly strong enough, letting me leave the first time still in a lot of pain. Then when i went back 3 days later for same issue, i waited 2.5 hours , watched 4 people that came in AFTER me go ahead. When i asked why they were let back before me they said "oh its based on pain severity" meanwhile Im sitting over here crying because im in so much pain, yet someone with a cold is let in before. Absolutely ridiculous. Then was told it would be another 2-3 hours before i would be seen! I left and will NEVER go back here willingly. Should have went to Springfield.

It's a bandaid type of hospital. Glad we have one, but if you got something more serious than a broken arm or food poisoning do not go here. You are better off going to Pana or PromptCare. Wait times improved over the decades, same for testing time, but that's it.
