Taylorsville InstaCare

I am a healthy average guy so I dont pay for outrageous health insurance. I only go to the Dr once a year for a couple hundred dollar visit. Why would I pay $600 a month for health insurance then still have to pay a $50 copay and the whole bill till my deductible is met. That's a waste of $7,250.00. This place is super amazing at billing the upfront fee. Which is great for saving not having insurance when you need a dr in-between payday. I went to the Dr once this year. And saved over $7k. Yay!! The receptionist was super nice. And friendly. And answered all of my questions. Pure professionalism.

I just wanna say thank you to all of the staff that helped me tonight with my twin boys. The nurse Katy (I think that was her name) was so incredibly good with them. They had to be suctioned, and any parent that has ever had their baby suctioned, knows how hard it is on your baby and on you. But she was so good. She did it fast and was very efficient in getting all the crap out of their noses. I love this InstaCare and I’m grateful that it’s so close to my house.

I have been coming to this insta care for years. The doctors and nurses are always very nice and helpful. I had to come in today and when I walked in the receptionist was on her phone. She eventually saw me and told me to come over. She was extremely rude during the whole check in process and seemed very annoyed that people were coming and interrupting her phone time. This is the not the first time I have had to deal with this receptionist and been treated poorly.

Going to the doctor was a total waste of my time! The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The first nurse was nice, took vitals and had me chnage into a gown saying they needed an ekg for the sharp pains and tightness in my chest. The doctor came in, listened to my breathing and told me imaging wasnt needed and gave a phone number to call for imaging if I wanted. I was there less then 10 minutes for help with chest pain I have experienced for 3 weeks. Very unprofessional! They didn't care and this was a total waste of my time and money.

I went in because I had had a fever for nearly a month and it was getting worse. I had been taking ibuprofen but still had a fever of 100, I need an antibiotics and antifungals. Instead they didn't listen to me and they gave me a chest x-ray that came out clean and a breathing treatment that I have never had before and did not have any need for. They meant to give me a flu test but forgot and called me telling me to come back in. Yeah right, you guys didn't give me anything that I needed and give me a bunch of stuff that I didn't. Went to a different InstaCare and got what I needed to get better instead of being turned away with needless tests and getting nothing in the end.
