When Joe had his 79th birthday party at the facility, Andrea was so helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us set up for Joe's party. Andrea is a wonderful addition to your staff. She is a hard worker, and she is thoughtful, caring, and personable. I know the residents love her. What a gem!

I have had loved ones in numerous nursing homes over the years and Taylor Springs has restored my faith in the senior living healthcare system. Well kept facility with kind staff and great care. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone seeking senior living for their loved one.

It has been a wonderful experience staying here at Taylor Springs. There are many positive stories to share with the community about this place. First, the facility is very beautiful and gives an atmosphere of support and encouragement to many families. Secondly, there are concerns to be addressed when seeing them. I encourage any and all support persons to share any concerns they may have about the facility. Much growth can occur when others share any concerns or provide feedback. When I was informed my aunt needed to temporarily reside in a “nursing home” to rehab an injury I was very concerned at best. I’ve never, first hand dealt with a nursing facility like Taylor Springs, but WOW, I’m impressed!! First and foremost my aunt received excellent care, the staff was so compassionate, and they treated her with such dignity. The impact of her care definitely in my opinion kept her in great spirits which allowed her to get home sooner than anyone expected, she even enjoyed the food! The facility offers so many activities, field trips and time to allow her to make new friends she hardly requested family to visit. The first time I did visit though I cannot explain how impressed I was to see the cleanliness of the facility, this is definitely a healing and therapeutic env

My husband has been in two other facilities for intensive rehab for unrelated issues. Both of these other facilities looked beautiful from the outside and the initial presentation was made to impress: the families choosing care for their loved one. However! The care he received at these two other places was marginal at best. Staff were rude, irritated and disengaged. Requests for help were ignored or significantly delayed. An unexpected fall required finding a new SNF/rehab facility. We could not be happier with Taylor Springs! The place is immaculate, and my husband’s room is clean, comfortable, and has every amenity imaginable. Everyone we have encountered makes eye contact, smiles and says a greeting.
