Gave them a 5 star. They were super pleasant. I didn’t have an appointment so they took me as a walk in, so grateful for that. Dr did a check up on my eyes and issued me a new script lickity split. I was then whisked to the Eye Mart to get my new lenses and had my new glasses with in 8hrs.

This is my second time seeing Dr Seth Taylor and the staff is amazing. I had to wait probably 4 months for my appointment but it was worth it. I commented to person when i made the appointment on phone 4 months, He's that good!.:Sitting here waiting few minutes to be seen every interaction the staff has with patients is above 5 stars. Very happy I waited, if you need eye exam plan early but this is the place I will recommend to all..

Dr. Taylor has saved my eyes. I am so grateful to him and this office. Definitely come to them. Best care every the office staff are friendly and amazing.

The customer service here is outstanding—most companies could take tips from Dr. Taylor and his team. Everyone was super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Jen, who helps with insurance issues, really went above and beyond to help figure out a tricky situation. She kept reassuring me she wanted to help and get things resolved, that my request wasn’t a bother even though it required extra effort on her end, and ultimately she succeeded, which has helped me tremendously. I am so grateful to her. Dr. Taylor was very friendly and gave me info I’ve not gotten from previous optometrists, which I appreciate. Definitely give this clinic a try!

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Taylor's for well over 10 years... & with good reason! Knowledgeable, helpful, consistent, empathetic, & willing to compromise & work with you. I cannot recommend this OD enough!!!
