Their customer service is next level. So much better than Walgreens and others where they’re just rushing people through. Jace the pharmacist is the best!

I love Taylor drug! They are close to my house, they fill quickly, I can just call, get a refill, they text me when it's done. I go through the drive thru, and they are always super friendly and fast. Brittni is the best pharmacist! I know there's at least one other, but I'm always there when it's Brittni. Thanks!

Fine enough pharmacy with a super convenient drive-thru, but of all the times I have visited this location I have only met one staff member that was warm and friendly. Clearly the emphasis for this location is efficiency and not customer service. Not necessarily a bad thing, but visits would be more comfortable if the staff was more inviting.

had an asthma attack and had to run into the store to get my inhaler, I dropped on the ground begging for my inhaler refill i called in for before hand, begging for my breathing device from an intense asthma attack and had to wait on the floor crying for them to finish checking out my inhaler. no one asked if u was ok, no one asked if i needed help, they made me wait crying and barely breathing on the floor. Because of this I am never coming back here. Customer service on the part of life and safety is 0% here apparently.

There are 16 pharmacies closer to me than Taylor Drug in Lindon but I choose them because of Jace Nielson, the store manager. I live with primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis and Jace is always so helpful and knowledgeable about the medicine I need to live a better life. Highly recommended pharmacy. Thank you Jace.
