Task Home Care Services

I do NOT recommend this agency. We were paired with them through social services and time after time they sent people who have no business taking care of anyone! They seem to hire anyone off the street to fill positions. The aides they sent to take care of my mom were so incompetent it is not funny. It was very negligent. Most of their aides have no formal training, they barely speak English, and have no clue how to care for a disabled person. We experienced aides who : mixed up my moms medications, forgot to turn on her oxygen concentrator, left her completely alone to run errands, one who only fed my mom sandwiches all week, one who fell asleep on the job, all of them were on their phones/tablets all day either talking to people, watching videos or playing games, one was over 300 lbs a
