Tasha Schaded, Fascia Stretch Therapy

Tasha is an excellent fascia stretch therapy provider. After developing severe fibromyalgia post-COVID and postural issues from my time as a health care provider and violinist, I tried every modality I knew of to improve. It was only until I began FST with Tasha, that I began to be able to use my arm and hip at my full range again. Tasha has made a huge difference in my life and I look forward to seeing her each time for her gentle, intuitive stretching. I highly recommend Tasha!
