Target

Customer service won’t answer the phone. Not one department will answer the phone. I called 10 times! Cashier didn’t bag one of my items. The item is on my receipt. Yes, it happens. I understand that it was a mistake but since I live 20 minutes away I just wanted to make sure that I could somehow return to get it before it was sold out! For them to put it on hold! Now I have to just hope that it won’t get sold before I can return. The item not bagged is a gift needed for the very next day.

This is the worst Target I have ever been to!! They are very unorganized and the employees lack customer friendly service. The drive up is equivalently horrible! You should never wait 15 to 30 minutes to pickup but, at this Target you do. Horrible and unacceptable. No longer shopping here!

This store is ALWAYS a mess - boxes block the aisles for days, the shelves are never full, and clothes and shoes are all over the floor. It’s a disaster. The employees don’t seem particularly friendly either.

This target has gotten really bad! Baby department is super messy and disgusting!! Trash and boxes on top of boxes of product not in shelves!! Hard to shop in a place that looks this bad. Walmart starting to look way better!! That’s says a lot!!

I used to like this Target. Anymore, there is a bunch of mindless employees there who do not help you at all and will rather be aside talking to their coworkers. The organization in this one is an absolute living hell too. It’s always a mess when I stop in.
