Target

My faith in customer service was renewed today during a trip to Target. I placed a pick up order for a carseat and while waiting for it to be filled was notified that the item I purchased was no longer in stock. I decided to walk the carseat aisle to see if there was one misplaced or possibly find a good alternative. When nothing caught my eye I referred back to the Target app to look at what other options I had. While in the app I couldn't select a store with inventory so I decided to goto "exchanges and returns " to ask for assistance. While in line Malik asked how he could help. I explained the situation and showed him the app. He checked a digital inventory and saw that there was one in the store. He called for a manual check from Ceaser who was able to locate the carseat (yay). In a s

I absolutely LOVE target, I shop there nearly everyday and every night. Target is a very awesomeness place. I am always getting cherries and always and I shop there all the time. Target is my forever Favorite place! I 100% recommend shopping here. 🙆‍♀️ Target offers amazing service, amazing and very helpful employees, clean environment, silly, and very welcoming 🙆‍♀️ Thank you target!!!

Worst target you can go to. No self checkout. Massive lines constantly. Went to pick up an online order and had to wait almost 30 minutes in line. What's the point? Hire more people or something. This target is always a bad guest experiences. The small amount of employees work hard and try but not much they can do against the onslaught of customers.

I do not know if it is an hours allocation, or staffing incorrectly but ooof. One cashier as others scatter to fulfill online orders. 18 people in line and no self check out.

I usually have no problems going to this location.And I have always found it to be nice , neat and in order. However, this past Thursday when I went to this location.Looking for a plastic pumpkin pail for my daughter to go.Trick-or-treating with to which the website said that this store had them in stock.Which is why I drove there in the first place only to be informed that they didn't have anything. After scoping the Halloween section on my own.Trying to locate the item and being unsuccessful.I reached out to a representative on the sales floor. I don't know her name but she had glasses on and like weird blonde /brown hair and she informs me oh, if we have it.It be on the back wall which is clearly visible to her and I that backwall was empty to which I informed her where because the wall
