used to go here, but won't be anymore. new dentist started off nice, but I had fillings and a root canal done which went horribly. first, the fillings fell out (even though i was not eating anything hard or sticky). then had a root canal done -each time had to call to get an update with the insurance approval, even though they said they would reach out. Dentist shaved down the tooth to prepare it for the cap and then left me like that for another few weeks to a month. Came back for the crown only to have a gap between the crown and my gums. she said it was ok and it fell off 2 months later. the tooth underneath looks worse than it did prior to the root canal and for the entire procedure, she was arguing with her receptionist and assistants, telling them they could leave if they didnt like

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment and still waited for hours while they called people who came after me — even some without appointments. Completely unorganized, I ended up leaving and canceling. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I went in for a tooth extraction. She took out an extra tooth and left pieces of teeth in my mouth. I am still in pain a week later I went somewhere else to have five teeth, and the pain was gone within one day. This is something different? I have no more antibiotics. I have no more ibuprofen. I have no more painkillers and they don’t answer the phone. She numbed my mouth. I asked her about giving me gas to put me to sleep. She said no if I’m in enough pain, she’ll stop and send me out. I told her to stop. I was crawling out of the chair and she proceeded to say no no we’re almost done. We’re almost done. I was crying and screaming for her to stop and she did not. I am now officially traumatized even more by the dentist. I will never let anyone from there work on my mouth again.

The dentist Jagruti is one that should be avoided at all costs. In my first visit they did the cleaning , even though I went for one tooth extraction. She said she will contact insurance for coverage of partial denture. In my second visit I went there with pain in the tooth and she extracted another tooth which was not a priority. With all numbness one doesn't realise what is being done. They didn't give me any extra gauze or tissues. She didn't ask once if I have any pain. She said you won't have any pain. When I sat in the car only then I noticed she pulled the tooth that I never went for. When I went back and asked her what she has done, she told me this is the tooth I told her to take out. She was all smiling and condescending. I told her she was wrong. She said okay go ahead call a

My mother was personally attacked by the Indian doctor because we come from Pakistan origin and she got personal due to the current tensions between the two countries (Pakistan & India). I can assure you this is what happened because my mother was under treatment with this office since last 8 months and was denied services in the middle because of her personal views.
