Jai at Target Optical in Watertown is awesome! Not only is he friendly and caring but he has great recommendations for your particular eyewear needs. I have been going there for quite a few years and have never been disappointed. Sometimes when I’m in Target shopping I stop in just to say “HI”. Great place, great service and convenient location. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Brilliant. Went because of insurance, and thank God I did! I'm wary of opticians and buying glasses in big stores. The key anywhere is, of course, getting an accurate eye exam, but then.... You need to find what I call a "Frame Whisperer" and Jai is one. Listen to him. He's seen every shape of face, age, style, and ahem, personality [some clients just 'want what they want'] He's not intrusive and can see [pun intended] what you're drawn to. As someone of a "certain age," we can become entrenched with the history of our frame choices. I explain what I generally wear, what I hate about my face [neck, of course] and colors I'm thinking of. And plastic not metal. I think he read my mind before I even got that out [except clothes cause I was wearing some dreadful mish mash] Before I even said B

Jai was amazing to work with! He took the time to work within my budget and insurance, making sure I got the best value and felt totally taken care of. The whole experience was smooth and way better than trying to do it online. Highly recommend!
