Will was attentive, helpful, and kind during my first visit at Target Optical. He provided his expertise in eyewear selection and fitting was impressive. His customer service provided was excellent. Also, the optometry technician who assisted with my exam was great. Will recommend to friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff feel genuinely more like friends and family. They actually care and genuinely listen and equally respond. I was called on around 4pm (new customer AND was able to be seen SAME day I called for an appointment) and had not eaten anything til that point, I was nauseous and wasn't feeling so good. John was so above and beyond and offered me some snacks because his wife always packs a bit extra for him. They helped my nausea and he lifted my spirits as I'm going through A LOT.
