I had a great experience at Target Optical - all the associates were welcoming and friendly. I particularly want to highlight my experience with Brianna. She displayed a clear understanding of her role as she helped various customers and her fellow colleague navigate the process of purchasing new glasses/contacts. Brianna ensured that I got the most out of my vision benefits and available offers. I fully trusted her and felt supported throughout the entire process. This was the best experience I have had purchasing new glasses. I highly recommend Brianna and I hope her exceptional work receives the accolades it genuinely deserves!

I had my second eye exam done here today. I saw Dr. Tuyen Huynh. She is so nice and friendly. Last time I saw her brother and he was great too. She recommended I get an exam that see’s in the back of your eye. I forgot what it is called, you don’t need your eyes dilated which is obviously amazing! It is fast and so affordable! And she informed me that this exam can detect thyroid issues, a brain tumor, early stages of glaucoma of course and more. I had no idea it could detect this much. This is something we should all know about and get done every year. So yeah, they are both so nice. This is another place I would travel to if I didn’t live that close because their customer service is so great and that means a lot to me!

She was extremely kind, patient, helpful, and courteous. She is definitely one of a kind. I will never forget how generous her service and support was towards me!! Target optical staff at Simi Valley are outstanding and caring ! I took my elderly mother there for scan and glasses and the optometrist took her time and made my mother happy with services provided. We will return again next year! I highly recommend this site for glasses.
