Target Optical

I took a pair of glasses to be repaired, to the Target Optical Shop at 1200 Cherry Hill Road in Silver Spring, MD. Great service by Jay. I appreciated his crustiness. Once he "warmed up", the interaction with him was most enjoyable. Highly recommend him and the shop.

Today, I went to Target optical to drop off a few pairs of glasses for lens replacement. The gentleman (wearing a mask) helped another lady who came in while I was giving him my prescription. He completely ignored me and helped her. I wasted almost an hour while I stood there and he helped her. After I left, I spoke to on duty manager Matthew, who just responded by saying he was sorry. I will never use this Optical Center again and continue to use Walmart.

The best customer service you can ask for! I actually look forward to getting my son's annual pair of glasses knowing that I will be assisted by Ms Casey or someone on her team. I highly recommend going to target optical on cherry hill.

Dr Sasser is excellent. The staff is absolutely terrible. They know very little regarding the importance of fitting. This is crucial for progressives. I have had my lenses redone 3 times since March. I just picked up third pair no one bothered to bend arms around ears! They are a disaster!!!! No choice, have to go elsewhere for adjustment.
