Karin is exceptional. She is always so willing to help. I had a screw missing from my Ray Bans and she not only replaced the missing piece but also straightened the bent frame and cleaned my lens. Thank you Karin ~ Merry Christmas 🎄

Ronika was an absolute angel! She worked very quickly to get my glasses fitted exactly to my face. They fit better than they ever have before. She was helpful, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to see her for your vision needs.

I have always received high-quality customer service at this location. Most recently, Erin from Target Optical went above and beyond to assist me with my contact lens needs. Despite the year-end rush on December 31st, she took the time to fully understand my request and presented several alternatives before finding the perfect solution. I truly appreciate her help!

If I could rate less I would. Waited for 15 minutes for someone, anyone to help me. To even acknowledge my existence. Nothing. The older woman with multi colored hair was busy on the phone and kept putting her hand up. Will NEVER return to Target Optical. Customer service is apparently NOT one of their priorities.
