The girls working at this location are so personable and very kind. I was able to ask my questions freely without feeling uncomfortable and do not feel pressured to make a decision. I was able to decide on the things I wanted from all the available options and discounts provided on both contacts and sunglasses. The team there throughly communicated everything and was patient with me throughout the whole process. Not to mention, the service was very fast and efficient as well. All in all, I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who’s looking to get the best service and deals.

Every time I come here Rudy does such an excellent job with customer service. He’s also a wizard when it comes to figuring out my best savings with my insurance. He even helped me pick out the nicest pair of glasses with my budget that match my face/tone! Like a built in friend. He’s super friendly and caring. He also moves very quickly so it helps along my busy errand days! Today I also had my contacts and glasses prescription test with Dr. Rosen who was super thorough and caring. He did all the tests and ensured my questions were answered. He even provided me with referral information to lasix providers per my request. I had a great experience today and love this target optical!

I have received outstanding services at Target Optical during the past few years. From understanding my prescription better, getting my needs met , a variety of glasses, great turnaround, and reasonable coverage on eyewear. I do not feel rushed and they go above an beyond. The facility is clean and organized. The option for booking online or calling are very helpful also. Overall, Gaby was so helpful in offering her expertise. It's the little things that make a difference... building relationships so I trust, return for my care, and refer others.

on July 2nd I walked in to try to be seen as a walk in, due to working two jobs it’s harder for me to try to book an appointment and to my surprise they had a cancellation and took me in right away. Dr.Nguyen was great and Gaby from optical was amazing. She was very informative and helpful with helping me pick out frames. This was my first time having to purchase glasses so she helped me pick out the best frame shape to suit my face and the best color to suit my skin tone. She was very patient with me and really took her time to help go over the different options they had available to add on to my glasses. Her customer service was beyond great. Once she was ringing me out she brought up an extra discount that my insurance had and applied it to my purchase.( most places will try to up sell
