Target Optical

Matthew is so awesome. I was having an issue with my glasses, and he was able to figure out what happened and correct the problem. He even remembered my name when I came back to pick glasses up. He is very knowledgeable of his job, kind, and helpful. Target Optical you guys better keep him and Kelly they are both professional, knowledgeable, and nice. They are definitely assets to the company.

Kelly at Target was amazing! Happily replaced both nose pads on my glasses. One was missing. She was very conversant during the repairs, expressing great interest in my day, etc. I bought my last two glasses together at Target, and I’ll definitely be back for my next pair too!

My 3 year old needed his first pair of glasses. Kelly and Mathew were so kind and patient with us. Kelly was super efficient when we returned three days later in need of a repair. I highly recommend them!

I picked up my glasses this week. I only had to wait 3 business days for them to get back. I went to Target off of Metcalf Avenue right by Shawnee Mission Parkway! Kelly helped me immediately! She was so nice, i could have talked to her all day! She was having a bit of a trouble with a screw. She asked her workmate , Matthew, to help. He came right over and replaced the screw extremely fast! I was so pleased to be getting great service from young people who cared very much about what they did! Thank you so much, Kelly and Matthew!
