Every time I see Dr. Max and his team they deliver!! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Its super easy to schedule an appointment. I've sent several family members here and we all have had a great experience.

They said my glasses would come in two weeks which would fall on october 7th and i would get a text or email letting me know my glasses are ready for pickup. they ended up being ready to pick up september 27th and i never got a notification that they were ready. today is october 7th and since i have heard nothing from them i had to go and figure out how to track my order all to find out they’ve had them sitting there for over a week almost two now. very upset and disappointed considering glasses are a necessity for me being able to drive and do my job and they couldn’t even let me know they were ready. radio silence, unprofessional.

Brought my sons glasses in to be fixed and Karine at the optical in the Minnetonka target did a wonderful job helping to fix the glasses! Highly recommend!

I went to have my wire-stemmed sunnies straightened: Star helped me and was so thorough and careful. Fabulous service- thank you again!
