Target Optical

I had a very positive experience at Target Optical. The doctor was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt heard and well cared for throughout the entire visit. The examination was thorough, and all my questions were answered patiently. The staff was also friendly, organized, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Target Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Melissa and Liz were absolutely amazing. I came into the store with my husband not expecting to buy any glasses. Melissa and Liz were so patient, highly knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They sold me on the Meta, and I suggested that they speak to more people about them. When it comes to purchasing eyewear, this was my best experience ever.

Dr. Hong was very pleasant and efficient with his craft! He made sure to cover all bases regarding my eye exam and I would recommend him to everyone needing eye care. Eye exams can be uncomfortable but with him it was smooth and easy. Lisbeth in the front was also extremely inviting, positive, and has a good eye for style! She helped me choose the perfect frames. Great atmosphere with the ladies out in the glasses while waiting. They are super knowledge and friendly and are willing to talk with you on options and give feedback on questions I had for choosing glasses. They are the great face of target optical. Most likely the only reason I keep coming back.

My visit was to see my optimitrist for years.Dr Hong..The best in my book,seeing many other optimistrist,only Dr Hong could find my issue.Very dedicated no nonesense optician when comes to his patience care.I will always give him a 5 star.On finding him at Target Optical,also met with the 2 lovely ladies at the store.Who in all ways helped and assisted me,Arian was so courteous and pleasant.We chatted,me and my wife.She helped me choose multitude of frames,with my choice and was helpful in and out of the phone.My order was at Manchester,and my pick up was at New Britain Target optical.Worked out well for me.keep doing the professional care,pricing was within my budget.And they work with you.I recommend this store always with a 5 star.Thanks All..J.S.N.B
