Natasha was courteous, knowledgeable and very patient. She took her time (insurance companys fault) and stayed with us until all the issues were solved. Excellent product selection. Highly recommended . Will go nowhere else for glasses.

Natasha was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience finding glasses pleasant. She also fixed a pair of glasses for me where the screw had come out. Excellent customer service!

I’ve been going to this Target Optical for two years and love this place - easy to make an appointment, friendly staff, they very readily will give you your prescription if you want to buy glasses online (an issue I’ve had with other optometrists!) BUT the reason I’m writing this review is that Pam Smith is an absolute WIZARD and a lifesaver. Through a series of events, I literally stomped on a pair of my glasses and thought they were done for - I’ve attached an image of how busted they were. Pam fixed them up in like, 15 minutes. YOURE A LIFESAVER PAM!!!

The nice lady working the optics department was amazing. I didnt catch her name but she was a big help for my girlfriend and I.

Bryce is a 10/10 apprentice Optician. She helped guide me through the process of finding the perfect glasses to fit my face. She's very helpful and explains everything throughly. Great customer service and highly attentive to her clients. Thanks again Bryce!
