Target Optical

I have been coming here for years and I’ve always been so happy. My tests were always easy,they work with me if I’m in an emergency and the front desk rocks. I had to go in today to fix my glasses (someone sat on them and I thought they were DONE) and had my usual awesome treatment plus the glasses were miraculously saved. Such nice people.

I have been going here for iver 10 years. The doctor is amazing and staff are very friendly and helpful when I am in the office. I've had an extremely hard time getting scheduled the past year and a half-ish. When I call there is no one to pick up the phone which is understandable because I am sure they are with other patients. Unfortunately, voicemails have gone unanswered for the past year and a half so I have stopped leaving them. The only way I have been able to schedule is if I happen to call while someone is able to chat. Unfortunately this has led to me running out of contacts twice. By the time I am able to get ahold of someone the appointments are weeks out.

I am very impressed with my recent purchase of prescription glasses from Target Optical. The entire process was outstanding! Vivi and G were amazing. They were so patient and professional helping me select my frames and lenses. I was totally blown away with Target Optical, but more impressed with Vivi and G.

The ladies that work here are AWESOME! Friendly and so helpful. This is my new place to always get my glasses.

This is my 1st experience with Target optical and every employee I interacted with was absolutely wonderful!! The gentleman that called me the night before was so kind and help and the two ladies in the office today that helped me were wonderful as well. So kind and patient with me. I really appreciated everyone’s help.
