Great experience while there. 3rd pair of glasses in our household where no one contacted us when they were ready - found out through an email asking 'how we like the new glasses'. Pretty difficult to reach anyone via phone and there is no voicemail option to leave a message; at the mercy of calling repeatedly until someone answers. Will likely look for other options.

Dr. Whitney is the best optometrist I have been to. She balances professionalism and kindness and made me feel heard and seen🤓. She answered all my questions and I left feeling like satisfied.

Posting for other’s clarity- I have been cancelled on the day of, right before my scheduled appointment twice now. I know things come up, but it’s hard to find time in my schedule to keep rescheduling. Very inconvenient.

I stopped in and the employee helped answer questions I had about the new insurance for our family. She was thorough, helpful and courteous, so I booked an appointment. My appointment day was efficient, the doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them, gave his professional expertise and personal advice, and the employee that assisted me afterwards went above and beyond in helping me order my contacts. It was such a pleasant experience and I'm very grateful for the amount of help that I experienced with all the personnel!

Alex was fantastic to work with! Not only did she know all the ins and outs to each pair of glasses and lens, she also added humor to her delivery! That kind of approach definitely makes any shopping experience better! I had picked out a few styles and she got into her storage and pulled out even more options that she thought I might like based on my selections! She and her coworker helped me narrow down my options from 10 to 1 in no time at all….Hands down…..Best eyeglass shopping experience ever!! Thank you Alex for making my day with fun new glasses!!
