Nathan at Target Optical is truly amazing! He always helps my mom with such good energy, patience, and kindness. Every single visit, he greets us with a smile and makes her feel comfortable and taken care of. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes us feel rushed. It means so much to see someone treat their customers especially my mom with such genuine respect and positivity. His attitude alone makes the whole experience enjoyable, and his professionalism makes us trust we’re in great hands. Nathan is a true gem at Target Optical, and we’re so grateful for the excellent customer service he consistently provides!

Had a great experience at Target Optical today! I stopped in for some repairs and new nose pads, and Beth was incredible. She took care of everything for free and had my old glasses looking brand new in no time. I really appreciated the quick, thorough, and friendly service. I can see clearly now (the rain is gone)!
