Target Optical

Have been a guest here for years and it’s always been an amazing and smooth experience! Today I got my first pair of glasses in YEARS; as I usually just wear my contacts but it was definitely time for another pair. Amber was super helpful, showing me the prices of a frame in each “sale” group so I can get a good idea of what price to expect. Once I narrowed it down to my 2 favorite frames, she paid great attention to my likes and dislikes of each and was able to find me the PERFECT style! (The color I wanted wasn’t in store and I definitely didn’t even think about trying them out just for the style). 10/10!!

Always a great experience w/ this team. Erica & Kelly are patient & wonderful & provide excellent customer service. Same goes for the rest of the staff! Also, Dr. Gage & her team are wonderful…all 5 of us have been going to her for ~5 yrs…maybe longer!

I have been a customer of Target Optical for several years and expected a basic level of accuracy and accountability. I ordered and paid for 24 boxes of contact lenses but only received 18. When I contacted the store, the issue was not resolved in a way that honored what I had already paid for. I ultimately had to spend additional money to obtain the remaining supply that should have been included in my original order. This experience showed poor order management and lack of responsibility toward a returning customer. I will not be purchasing from this Target Optical location again and recommend others carefully verify their orders.

Doctor Gage made sure I was taken care of and she truly knows what she was doing. The employees at the desk helped out efficiently and with a good attitude! We 🩷 target optical!

The entire staff was incredible. They made me feel comfortable as well as easing the feeling of being overwhelmed with so many great options to chose from. My exam was easy, fun (I know.. but it really was) and very informative! Shantel helped me get checked out. We related on movies and family. She gave me all of my options and answered any and all questions I had. Thank you Target Optical Crew (Leesburg,VA) for all of your help! 10/10
