Target Optical

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this optical shop. This shop billed my insurance without my consent even though I did not proceed with any services or purchases. No products were received and no authorization was given, yet a claim was still submitted under my name. This is extremely unprofessional and concerning. I now have to dispute charges that should never have existed. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and closely monitor their insurance claims. I will not be returning and will be escalating this matter further

Cindy was extremely helpful and friendly. She took her time with me and I never felt rushed. I look forward to receiving my additional pair of glasses I purchased and I will be returning for future needs.
