Target Optical

This is Jim’s wife, Cindy. I had the absolute best experience with Rachel Johnson at the Barry Road Target. She was friendly, helpful in showing me the best frames for my round face, and generally just the best eyeglass person I have ever had help me. My insurance doesn’t pay for me to get glasses at my optometrist’s office, but do cover my glasses at Target Optical. I feel so lucky that I found Rachel to help me. I highly recommend using this place!

Awesome place to get an eye exam and frames. Went with my daughter. They were quick, friendly and efficient! They do a great job! The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Katie was super sweet and kind during the pre exam. The doctor took her time to make sure my eyes and prescription were perfect! She explained everything and listened to all my concerns. Highly recommend going here!

We are shopping for glasses for my son and decided to try Target Optical in Liberty. We were greeted before even completely entering. Rachael helped look up our insurance policy and the frames my son was interested. She provided us with three different options. She was informative and very relatable. She was genuine and wasn’t “customer servicey”. Even though financially we were unable to proceed with the order we took her card and the three options and are VERY likely to return. I being a person who has worked in customer contact positions for over 30 years feel I must acknowledge exceptional customer interaction experiences. She was FANTASTIC!

We stopped at Target in Liberty, Missouri recently. My husband needed immediate assistance. He lost a screw from his eye glasses. We were not customers there, yet Katie helped with the repair, and we were on our way. Such great service from Katie, considering we are not from the area. She saved the day so we could resume our trip. Thank You Target and thank you Katie in the Optical department.
