Dr. Patel tried to scam me. I came in for an eye exam covered under my insurance. She tried to tell me my copay is $39 then she started asking who do I have med insurance through. That was a huge red flag for me. I was confused because I shouldn’t have had a copay. I asked the young girl working in front about that charge she said it’s for a retina scan that I didn’t consent or ask for. I told her I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t request and she removed it with an attitude . Avoid Ms. Patel !!!

Lametrius is super nice and very helpful. I hate picking out glasses and she indulged me and gave me her opinions in a friendly way. Got a pair that I was happy with. Dr. Patel was also very helpful and knowledgeable about my eyes. All around great experience.

Great Experience. Dr. Patel was lovely and Lametrius went way above and beyond! Found me the best prices and made sure I knew all my options. It was like shopping for glasses with a girlfriend. Highly recommend the Hillside location!

I don’t recommend anyone going to this location. You are better off going to the Broadview location. I have been calling for the last hour and no one is answering. Also, I was given the wrong information regarding the warranty I purchased for my frames & lenses. I was told I would have to go in person to hand in my glasses in order for the warranty claim to even be submitted. I called the Broadview location, they answered right away! I was also able to pay the copay for the warranty over the phone & the claim was submitted. They were very professional and will be going to their Broadview location from now on!
