Dr. Keri goes out of her way each and every time I have my eye examined to explain my prescription in detail In a way that a novice can understand. Matk did an excellent job helping me choose 2 pairs of frames (regular & sunglasses). At pick-up time, he again did a great job adjusting them to get a good fit. Tasha took a few minutes to show me how the QR code process works. Very good service!

When you walk into the optical place you are helped right away. The Dr. was very nice and she made you feel comfortable when you were getting your exam. I usually don't like places like that, but I did.

Mark worked with me to pick out my new glasses. As usual he was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable about the different frames and helped me get some that fit. My wife and I both think they look good. Mark navigated the computer system quickly and got them on order. Thank you.
