Target Optical

I had an excellent experience at Target Optical, and it was all thanks to Nadiene. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.

I have gone here for my eye exam for the last 5 years. Janice Kulba is my girl! She is seriously so kind, so helpful and funny too. The whole process is super easy. The customer specialist at the front are always great as well.

Nadine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the selection and purchase of my eyewear. I have come to rely on her expertise and excellent customer service over the years. She is The Best!

Nadine is the best! I don’t have insurance, so she looks for the best possible deals, whether it be a coupon or an in-store deal to make the purchase more reasonable. I also find it difficult to pick the right frames. She is always willing to sit down with me and go through my selections and I’ve always ended up picking the right pair of glasses! You will not be disappointed if you work with Nadine.

staff member who has been here over a year. i believe a tech told me to have a seat rolled her eyes after i said i wanted my glasses adjusted so i did and quietly waited. the sales later continued to ignore me. i assume since i already bought something before and kept taking other customers. you worked here a year cant ring people up or take orders. why not learn by how to adjust glasses? and why not fit a quick two second glasses adjustmenet in? my son is due to an appt. we will be going elsewhere. just this girl sitting here smirking at me is odd. why not triage some guests
