They have always been polite and friendly and taking care of me. We had an issue yesterday, but it was the Insurance fault and we took care of it today. Yesterday they took care of it quickly without any issue with my insurance company went back and received. excellent service as always.

The staff here are amazing. I picked two frames and the store manager helped out with getting my prescription she is very kind. Everyone here had great a great attitude and very attentive and caring. It was super quick and efficient thanks to the amazing staff. Customer service is a 20/10

Their team is great. Dr. Houdek is the bee's knees. She's thoughtful, thorough, personable, and just amazing. Heather was incredibly personable, helpful, and efficient in getting me a new pair of glasses!

Just had the best eye exam I've ever had. Dr Ashley was patient to my every eye need and very knowledgeable. Took in recent rx that I received that I wasn't happy with and she explained differences in that rx and hers. Overall awesome. I heard more information this visit than I ever had in 15 years. Would recommend 100%.

The kind people at this location saved my halloween! I was in desperate need of some very specific daily contacts while on a trip in Denver, and the wonderful ladies at this location found and gifted me a couple of sets to see me through the weekend! I am so grateful and was able to pull off my halloween costume without wearing my ugly and out of date glasses. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
