Target Optical

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience at Target Optical today with Felipe and the entire staff. From the moment I arrived, the team was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. Even though the store was very busy, each customer was treated with care and attention. The staff made sure everyone’s eye care needs were met without feeling rushed, which truly stood out to me. I especially enjoyed working with Felipe. He took the time to thoroughly break down my insurance coverage, clearly explained my new prescription, and helped me select my new glasses. His knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Peggy is absolutely amazing. I would follow her to any optical office. She is very kind, and extremely knowledgable. She assisted my husband and I with getting glasses. I have never had a better experience shopping for glasses. Peggy even gave us honest opinions on which glasses looked best, and she took time to find us the best pricing possible. She is a tremendous asset to Target and Luxottica - we will return to this location specifically for her.

This location is fantastic! I've been a decade long customer- all the staff are very knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Nebb, both practitioners, have been wonderful with my care. Special shout out to Peggy for helping run such a great location for many years.

I went to Target with my mom to get a pair of glasses and Peggy helped us out and she was the best! Super friendly and got us settled right away. Ask for her and she will take great care of you
