Target Optical

This evening we visited Target Optical to learn more about contact lenses since I recently received a new prescription and am trying contacts for the first time. Sandra provided such a warm and welcoming experience. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and she took the time to educate me and answer all of my questions. I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism. I will definitely be returning to this location for future contact lens purchases and hope to work with Sandra again!

Sandra’s customer service was truly 10/10! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. If you’re thinking about going to Target Optical DON’T! Just run on down lol. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Sandra definitely delivered. I’ll absolutely be back in the future!

This was my first time using Target Optical and I will definitely be back. Tracie, Cordell, and Brittany were amazing. I was very surprised at the pricing compared to other stores I had visited and the selection was great! Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about glasses and were very helpful on picking my new pair. Pretty cool that you can get cash back using your target card too! Woot woot!

Went into the optometrist to get my sunglasses adjusted. They were very friendly and very helpful. Couldn’t be happier, even though I can in with a simple problem for which there was a simple fix. Customer service was outstanding
