Target Optical

This place is very difficult to find. It's part of the Target store, but it's not onsite store where the "Optical" sign is. It's actually located in the vestibule of the exit doors, so you'd never see it as you're walking in. I said I didn't want the $30 retina imaging, but had it done (and was charged for it) anyway. I'm not at all familiar with vision services, so I didn't know what was happening. It felt as though they assumed I knew anything, and I don't. I left more confused than I should have been. 3 stars because they were nice enough, and maybe my expectations were too high based on the reviews. I felt the whole exam was rushed and wasn't really explained clearly. Next thing I knew, I was back in the lobby with a bill. I will choose another place in the future.

The facility was nice, bright, and clean. The eye exam was done and explained professionally. All my questions were answered. Even though I kept my same frames, there were lots of frame choices. The person helping me with my glasses was kind, helpful, and professional. Both the exam as well as the experience of choosing of my lenses were excellent.

Return customer! Just picked up my new glasses and as always way way faster than any other locations for glasses or contacts even online! All the staff are helpful, and the doctor is spectacular very welcoming optometrist office.

Exceptional service and frames selection! Dr. Diaz is always pleasant, kind, professional and down-to-earth. Weekend appointments available for eye exams are extra convenient. Highly recommend.

Stephany was very rude and unwelcoming to me for my first visit at this location. The experience I had with her has greatly affected me and resulted in me no longer visiting target as a whole, as the way i was treated was extremely uncomfortable and uncalled for:(
