Target

It’s pretty clean. But I can never find a staff member to help me we need a question answer. And there’s always always only one cash register open. And a self checkout is line is always very long. And if I’m in a hurry, I always have to leave my stuff behind and just go. however, when I do go To cash register to check out the person at the register usually is very kind and nice

There is a first for everything!! Self check out lines backed up.... 4 self checkout registers and about 15 people in line. With a target employee directing traffic. One regular register open with 3 people in that line. For a second I thought I was at Walmart lol but it actually didn't take to long so I can't complain too much....lol

No service. Everything is locked up. Two target employees in blue shirts (never seen that before) behind electronic counter chatting it up. Tells me they don’t have a key for locked items and I need to hit button. I hit the button for the cables as I need a few dollar phone charger cord. Then I proceed to wait an un reasonable amount of time before deciding to just leave.

They’ve gotten a little better, but my only complaint about this Target is the wait time when you need an employee to unlock cabinets for secured items. It can take a while for someone to respond, which makes a quick trip turn into a longer one than expected.

The store is clean and has great products. The associates working the registers are very engaging and friendly but, your in store associates act like they’re trying to be invisible. You want people to spend their hard earned money in your stores. That’s hard to do when your associates don’t want to help your customers. None of them smile or even try to be remotely friendly. As a customer I’m actually nervous to ask one of your associates a question because when I have they look at me as if I’m an alien from another planet. I was shopping for avocados once and asked the produce associate if she had any others. She told me if maybe I shopped at a real grocery store I might be able to find some. Don’t get me started with associates helping with locked up products.
