Target

So this Target is a pretty good one and has plenty of stock. It's kept clean and well organized. I personally really enjoy this Target. The reason for ⭐⭐⭐ is from the check out lines. Honestly I would just have done ⭐⭐⭐⭐ but the checkout lines has been having issues for over a year now. They usually only have one side of self checkout open instead of both ends. Also they seem to use one maybe two checkout lines. This makes it incredibly slow. You could easily be waiting in line to checkout for 20 minutes. If you see from other reviews and pictures, you will see that this trend has been going on for a while. If it was not for the checkout lines being a disaster, this would definitely be a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review. I'll definitely change it too once the checkout lines are opening up for more customers.

Was having a rough start to my day so I went to this target to pick up a few things and enjoy some hot chocolate from the Starbucks in there, met a really inspiring person named D who took my order at the Starbucks they were very kind and helpful definitely made my day 100% better they're kind personality made me feel better about the crappy start to my day I had, thanks D for making me feel better and making me that delicious hot chocolate. Your an awesome person!

Gary the manager was so helpful helping my daughter and I find the perfect vaccum and cuisinart oven toaster, Grill, and air fryer. He was very welcoming, friendly, and customer service oriented. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, we'll be back.

Erik, that works in the grocery pick up needs to work on greeting customers with a warm smile, opening up with a "good morning " and friendly conversation. something warmer than "I just need your code." My wife noticed that he didn't have a very good attitude so she asked him if he was OK and he didn't even respond. We are surprised at the horrible customer service that has been received.

Last time I was here, every single aisle i went into was covered with stockpeople who wont even acknowledge that they are in your way. I had to move heavy stock carts to get to what i needed. Despite this, they still didnt have half a dozen items I came for so I had to spend time going to another store. Deli employees have no idea what they have or dont have so that was another waste of time. One time the entire cold section was completely empty, and I asked two employees and a manager what was going on and they didnt even know that the section was cleared out. Upper management here is clearly incompetent. You see employees grouped up talking near endcaps and then you go to checkout and its one cashier with 8 people waiting. What a disappointment.
