This is the most unprofessional doctor I ever see, my mom was discharged from the hospital and she was told to follow up with her provider ASAP due to her medical conditions and the new findings, we called Dr Tania Martinez to schedule my mom and the receptionist said that they can’t see her until the middle of next week , I went to Dr Martinez office to speak to the doctor since my mother needed to see her sooner than that, but Dr Martinez refused to see my mom, she said her schedule was booked until next Wednesday I explained that my mom meds were changed by the ER doctor and that she was not filling well, that they also said that her diet needed to be changed due to her abnormal blood work, and high blood pressure plus additional health issues were found Dr Martinez refused to see my m

I am so disappointed with Riverside Empire Medical service, I went on Monday to see Dr. Tania Martinez but they told me she was booked, is so sad that you can’t count with your doctor when you feel so terrible and have to go to emergency to get some medication. Unfortunately I have to look for a new doctor that care for there patients and see you when you feel sick, If you can count with your doctor when you are sick why bother to have a doctor!!! So sad!!!!

The best care and attention I’ve received. Today I feel many just treat patients as a number but Tania treated me with the utmost attention and care. Very professional and considerate.
