Tampa Specialty Pharmacy

They aren't great..they called me and told me a prescription was ready and when I get there it's only partially ready so I felt that was waste of time and gas and also it still took forever for them to get it ready. And oh! If your wondering about the mixed reviews on here, everyone in the location was of some sort of Indian decent as if it's a family business... and that in itself is fine but look at the people who've left these "awesome reviews" and you decide for yourself.... just deceitful

Terrible customer service. Pharmacy at Breckinridge pkwy ran out of meds due to bad financial decisions and had to delay therapy of hundreds of patients for MONTHS. Bad company is ram by bad leadership. Turns out using your employees to inflate your Google reviews is against the terms of service. Imma just report a few of these five star reviews which I know were placed by Benzer employees at the time.

My dermatologist recommended this pharmacy to me because of a specific topical gel to clear up a blistering rash on 1/2 of my body. It took this pharmacy 2 business days 2 call me which left me in agonizing pain. I finally got a call from a rep 2 process my script & advised 2more bda until I get the medicine! Then an hour later I get another call stating its on backorder & what I would like 4them 2do. I then tried 2 transfer the script 2my local pharmacy but my insurance didn't cover the script so I immediately transferred it back 2 benzer but 2 no avail I was advised I had 2get the Dr 2 write yet another script after business hours & wait all weekend w/out the medicine. I finally get a call Monday morning from Benzer & was advised that I will not get the medicine now until Friday because

At first, hates off to the customer service. Staff and manager Desai goes above and beyond in tqking care of my wifes prescription. Wife was suffering from Covid and needed the medication right away. They offered overnight shipment but upon showing my displeasure to wait overnight, staff and manager stepped in , they made some calls around me and figured out a pharmacy 9 miles from me had the medication instock... transferred them script and made sure i have the medicine in 2 hours... god bless them all ... you are all true heros

Excellent customer service!!! I needed the package expedited... and apparently i provided the canceled card info when making payment... pharmacy made sure tho call me 3 times , got hold of me and medicine was sent on time!!! Cheers to everyone out there
