I wouldn’t send my sick dog to that clinic. They made me wait 30 minutes for my appointment that was scheduled for 10 o’clock and then gave me the technology on the phone to start the check-in and then when I was signing the form for consent the receptionist pipes up and tells me The doctor won’t see me. I have waited five weeks to see pain management. I’m a disabled woman in severe chronic pain every day have been in pain management for years, and I moved to a new community where a doctor refuses to see a disabled woman in severe pain when I told the receptionist I was in a pain number of nine and they turned me away Like I said I wouldn’t send my sick dog there

Every time I visit this office it's always clean the girls upfront are extremely patient and knowledgeable. The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure I feel like a patient not just another number. I highly recommend

This place has a lot to learn apparently. An elderly paraplegic unable to give urine at a last minute request is deemed a 'drug user' because she doesn't pounce out of her wheelchair? The facility has gone down drastically in the last few years as has the staff. Dr. Lubin is fine but his new 'aide' or whatever she may be has a terrible disposition to be in medicine. Discriminatory treatment won't be tolerated and will be properly reported to the needed boards and agencies to ensure other patients don't have to deal with similar injustice. Again, the staff supporting such unethical behavior will only drag Dr. Lubin down with them. Pitiful.

Signed up for a medical study which was spinal stem cells and in the contract for this medical procedure, it says I don't have to pay for the study YOU PAY ME a hundred a visit and pay for the required procedures such as a spine injection. Well, months later I am stuck with a $1500 medical bill and now it's sent to collections, even though I provided the contract for the stem cell medical study multiple times and spoke with a few people here, even billing. Seems like a rug pull type of way to give someone hope of getting stem cells and then stick them with a $1500 bill. Horrible experience and I will not pay this bill. I shouldn't have to! It's in the contract!

The staff are all so nice, professional, respectful which is sadly in short supply in my experience. Dr. Piszel has done all my pain management spinal injections to perfection. I have been seen in a timely manner 99% of the time which is important to me since I have chronic spinal pain sitting in my wheel chair for long periods of time. I highly recommend this team of professionals.
