The doctor at Tampa Bay Family Clinic is exceptional—truly a good doctor who is knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate. We had a very positive experience with him, and he clearly knows his stuff. However, I must express some concerns about the reception staff. The receptionists are quite rude and struggle with English pronunciation, which makes communication challenging. They need to improve their language skills, especially in correctly pronouncing words and numbers. Additionally, when patients call, the receptionists often fail to respond properly. On one occasion, they promised to call us back in the evening, but they never did, which was disappointing as it was an important call. This is a clinic, not a work-from-home setup. Mala desicion hicikos un apppoiment aqui y que falta de profecionalismo la personas que atiwnden el telefono , tratamoos de cambiar la cita y nos dijeron que buscaramos otro lugar, sin mas explicacion muy mal trabajo
