Terrible Customer Service! My family of 5 have been going to My Eye Dr for years. I was getting ready for work this morning and accidentally tore my right eye contact. I called a store and asked if they could get a right eye contact. The girl told me no because I have not been ordering my contacts through them. Yes, this is true. I started ordering my contacts through Costco because they are much cheaper. In this day and age with the rising gas, food and just life increases I thought I could save a little bit of money. I find it absolutely ridiculous that the girl that took my call would not give me 1 right eye contact lens. We are paying customers and I have ordered my contact lenses in the past from them.
