I went to Dr Sargios after a trip to the E.R. For what turned out to be gall stones. He looked at my scans and said I not only had gall stones, but one of the stones had passed into the common bile duct and I needed an ERCP endoscope procedure, before I had surgery to remove the gall bladder. In prepping for the procedure I was told I’d have a sore throat for a few days and then I’d be fine. I’m a professional singer. A week after the procedure I got back to work, and found my voice had been severely damaged. For two months after that there was no improvement. When I finally got an appointment with a speech pathologist and began vocal PT it very slowly began to improve. Overall it took over a year of exercises to get back to an inconsistently full voice. I have been seeing Dr. Sargios for 8 years. I first meet him at 21, frustrated and having some severe and all over the place symptoms. I had seen 4 different specialists prior to going to his office, one of which was another GI dr. He had reviewed all of the paperwork I had sent in, sat with me for 35 minutes to get all of my symptoms when they started and assured me we would find the answer. After performing a few additional tests that hadnt been recommened or done, he did find the answer. He also has a great bedside manner and tries to keep you relaxed during the visit. He even remembers I have a son despite only seeing him 3 times on a yearly follow-up basis since my son was born. To put it short, great doctor. Highly recommend him to everyone with GI issues.

Dr. Sargios has been my GI for many years now. He is not only knowledgeable in his specialty, but others as well. He's a smart man and knew about my rare neurological disease, diagnosing me with the gi complications from it. He took the time to talk to me how we're going to try to manage it.

Excellent doctor, great bedside manner. Makes you feel like you're the only thing that matters in the moment. Always on top of the issues.

Staff at the front desk is INCREDIBLY rude and doesn’t have time for you or your concerns. I was told exactly this when I called “we are actually dealing with patients right now so I can’t help you”… not sure what I am considered but pretty sure I am a patient. Will never be going back to this office!
