Extremely difficult to get an appt considering they are booking months out. I just left this location with a 9:40am appt that was confirmed in my email and on my calendar but when I showed up (rushed there after I did not one but two school drop offs while my husband is deployed so I have limited availability to get an exam) I was told that I hadn’t confirmed so the appt was given to someone else (who showed up late might I add) while I sat and waited. I don’t feel the general manager was understanding or proactive in trying to get me an appt either at this location or anywhere else. ALSO I had called and confirmed my address and insurance information a few days ago and was told today I never did. So thank you for nothing and wasting my time! Will not be returning and luckily found a walk

I have been wearing the same glasses for a few years, and I went in to get another check up and see if I could order another pair through my insurance. Dr. Brothers told me that my prescription had changed, and I was surprised, and as a naturally curious person, I asked how. She told me I wouldn’t understand. Now, I get that I have no background in optometry, but any eye doctor I have had previously has been able to tell me what about my prescription had changed. Any hint that I tried to get out, she insisted that it was just different. I came back for my new glasses and put them on, they did not feel right. They told me to keep wearing them for a while, and I will get used to them, I did this for weeks. eventually, I went back to wearing my old prescription and went to a different eye do

This is the 3rd year I've taken my grandson. Quality care, and products. They stand behind their craft. Dr. is thorough, and to the point. Great available hours. We will return!!

This was my first time seeing her although I’ve been to the practice before. She is the worst eye doctor that I have ever seen. Horrible patient interaction. I will never book another appointment with her. If I could have given her zero stars I would have.
