This practice has extremely poor patient support. Over the past year I've experienced dropped calls, no return calls, poor call routing, and an overall lack of responsiveness. Staff will often attribute delays to being too busy. The physicians are okay when you're able to engage with them. They don't do well with effective time management resulting in substandard patient care. I've had recent urology ER visits that could have been better mitigated had the practice considered giving me the attention needed. Triage patient management is severely lacking.

Waited a month for an appointment. Saw the doctor for 5 mins where he told me he was retiring so he was going to send me to even more special specialist in the practice. Waited another 4 months. Saw the special specialist for 5 mins. Told me I needed a procedure and to schedule at the desk. They then proceeded to read out personal info while I stood at the front desk with a full waiting room. Day of the procedure , not a call or message explaining the procedure or any communication. But I can bet they billed for the first appointment where the doctor couldn’t be bothered to do his job. Men’s health must be a joke to them

So far not impressed. My Dr referred me to them for treatment. Told me to go to Farmington location. When they called to set up an appointment they sent me to Bridgeport location even though I told them I was supposed to see specialist in Farmington. I was told Bridgeport was the same as Farminton.Turned out to be a routine Dr visit. Not a specialist I was supposed to to see. The Dr said he would notify Farmington that I needed to set up appointment to go there.. a week later I strill have not heard from anybody.

This place is the worst. They are unprofessional and rude and arrogant here. There APRN is especially rude and scary. You expect a private and personal relationship with your doctor and you do not get that here. They prescribed me a medication and on the next appointment 😳 they didn’t even remember prescribing it for me. They asked who prescribed it. I said you did. They didn’t remember 😳😳.

This medical team is amazing! They always respond to my chart and and keep you up to date.
