Throughout my year long process of having a tooth extracted and the preparation of 2 implants, it has been such a phenomenal experience. After each step, I experienced zero to small amount of pain. Lack of pain is not because of meds, it has everything to do with Dr. Ortiz’s expertise and the care he has for every patient. The staff is knowledgeable in their craft and exceptionally friendly. Dr. Ortiz took time with me to answer any and all questions I had. I did not feel like another number. If you are on the fence about having a tooth pulled and replacing it with an implant, at least give this office a look see. You won’t be disappointed. The money I spent is totally worth it.

I went to Dr. Ortiz’s office on Wednesday in a lot of pain from my wisdom teeth and they got me in the day of for a consultation and scheduled me two days later for my surgery! This office was so welcoming and professional, they went above and beyond with their customer service. Also, I personally saw Dr. Ortiz and his staff dealing with difficult patients in a very professional manner. Feeling great 24 hours later, so happy I chose this office!
