Everything went quick, staff was very nice. I had Dr. Barnett who was very genuine and personable, making me feel comfortable although I had to have a very uncomfortable small procedure done. She gave me recommendations that she could have very easily skipped over which was appreciated. They made what could have been a horrible experience a lot more comfortable and thats all I can ask for!

My husband and I brought our 5-month old in to make sure that her cold was not anything more serious. Everyone including the front desk, medical assistants, and Nurse Practitioner Shana were very kind and helpful. We will definitely use this place for urgent care in the future.

I have been here before with my kids and received fast, great service. Yesterday, it was totally different. I came in thinking I had strep and an ear infection. The doctor was flirting with staff in the hall. The girl who swabbed my throat didn’t even get an accurate swab so the test was negative. ( I went to a different location 30 minutes later and test was positive). I was told that I didn’t have strep and that I may have cancer so I need to get my swollen lymph nodes checked out by my primary the next day. Mind you, he never felt my lymph nodes, I had to tell him about them as he sat by the exit. The only thing I got from this appointment was wasted time and a panic attack. I still had to go somewhere else and then had to worry all day that I had cancer.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt despite all the bad reviews. I was on antibiotics for a tooth infection but they were making me feel sick. I needed a new prescription and it was late. They told me the infection could be spreading to my chest and insisted I go to the ER even though I had no fever and otherwise felt fine. All I needed was to switch to amoxicillin clavulanate which always works for me. Instead they told me to avoid the copay and go to the ER as if a 50 dollar copay is worse than an unnecessary ER bill? I honestly could not care less about a copay. I ended up doing telehealth was prescribed amoxicillin clavulanate and I am already feeling much better. It honestly felt like they just wanted me out of there because it was 8 30. They even recorded my weight as 22

I was seen by practitioner Lammert Cartier P. I explained that I had a headache for three week and I always felt dizzy, nauseous, and got arm pain during the headache. Most importantly I explained that taking a pain killer didn’t really help. I also explained that I wasn’t able to see my primary care physician which is why I had to go to urgent care. That day I had to cancel work because the pain was so unbearable and nothing was helping. Despite me explaining this, all he said he was take some ibuprofen. He didn’t even check my heart or lungs until I asked. His attitude was nonchalant and probably the least empathetic practitioner I’ve seen.
